Thats not the answer..and law suits don't often speed up...and the refinery, as I have mentioned countless times, is not the solution to anything, just the bringer of more problems...and I thot the material tests were all done already? Money in the bank, no? You are being set up for one heck of a disappointment on that front too...like I have said, WHY, if the piles are so rich, and the mill so close to operating, would ANYone walk away from it? Easy money, right?

Caveat Emptor prevails...do your DD...and then, see if it adds up.
