there are are numerous non dilutive ways to further delineate or drill for cash , but the simplest would be to do a rights issue and then match that with some debt I would certainly take mine down ... the oil game is capital intensive , failing this one could explore fRm in Jv, or a capped return structure from drilling hedge funds . 

I would not not like to see further debt until the balance sheet improves too easy to lose it all on a downdraft in price ..  the mgmt is experienced and I have faith in Wolf and the board
