Why  not just buy a call option on Oil then?

Maybe you can ask your buddy, what other bids, if any, they received. At this point, with declining cash flow and now lower 1P reserves, they have no choice but to sell or JV. I really cannot see how they will survive hoping Oil recovers or what they are currently doing - hiding under their bed and hoping the thunder stops.

C'mon BNK do something. At this point I am happy with any strategy they come up with. Doing nothing and hiding is not working.
