Somebody is unloading a ton of stock. Most of our institutions have already sold, so I am not sure if it is one of our last institutions selling. The 2nd level asks show 550K of shares to be sold. Maybe our friend carbonbull has had enough.

Carbonbull will say it is tax loss season and that is why stock is dropping. That is not quite the whole story. The selling today and the huge amount at the ask is one seller, not a bunch of small investors looking to tax loss. 

Great Job management in not accepting the offers in July. So the strategy is wait until oil reaches $65.00, then what. Issue shares and dilute the shareholders. We cannot borrow any more given our declining well production. We deserve to be at .08 cents and dropping. Management and their handpicked Board should be thrown out.
