Somebody is unloading a ton of stock. Most of our institutions have already sold, so I am not sure if it is one of our last institutions selling. The 2nd level asks show 550K of shares to be sold. Maybe our friend carbonbull has had enough. Carbonbull will say it is tax loss season and that is why stock is dropping. That is not quite the whole story. Broker we really don't know what offers exactly were made in July.All we know is management said the offers weren't acceptable..that could mean anything. The only hope I see is after this year's done the beginning of next is usually when people get back into penny stocks for a gamble.Without any news that may be the only time to dump Bkx .We'll  see what happens with oil

now Brian , whatever reason shareholders are selling is their business , yes its no fun holding paper without a bid , as i have previously stated there is real value in the assets unless mgmnt is hiding something god awful.  If they were the bank would know and would be calling. Content to wait until the new year pick away at what i perceive to be stupid valuation a lot of pain on the street

Some. Analysts love to use market cap to evaluate a company.That puts BKX at around 20 million bucks.Share# x shareprice.An outright buyout would take peanuts yet that doesn't happen.I don't think management is hiding anything...I think they laid out facts as best they could..but that solves nothing. I think we as shareholders are finished.

Wittman, you may be right. If they could not get a decent offer from March to August, then we are finished. Our stock was trading between .22 to .27 cents during that period. Which, you would think, solicit offers around .30 -40 cents. That is what I was referring too in my earlier post. Of course we do not know what was offered but if your stock is trading at .25 cents you would think offers

Well,Broker,truth is nothing posted here is actually unprofessional.After all,the so called professionals that run this company haven't really done anything.Accurate updates would help.They would counter that argument by saying 'read the last update. The problem with the last one is there's simply nothing to be excited about. Sure they made a profit and claim to preserve capital. But

Sold too early what a joke. As stated I sold in 2014 and at 20 times what is worth now and that was too late.That whole Poland debacle showed what kind of company this was then and still is now. Feel bad for anyone that ever heard of this company . It will surely die but not until management has sucked every penny out of their poor misguided share holders.
