RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Can't believe....This sector just had temporary problems before NDP took over, same as Texas had. However, the problem in Alberta is much lighter than US since our dollar sunk. We got additional 20+% relief since the price of oil became actually higher than that before the crisis during most of NDP administration in Canadian dollar term. Our oil price was around $50 even when WTI was $90, and Canadian dollar is on par. We should have a boom instead of a bust. NDP killed everything by taking a hostile stand against our own economy, e.g. carbon tax and the death of Pipeline East and Northern Gate. Halt of transmontain and keystone did not help either. NDP and Liberal federal government conspired agains Alberta. Tust me, socialsm is an economy killer. I lived under it for 25 years. So I will never vote for Liberal, Green and NDP. I always vote conservative and Wildrose.
Liberal government is not treating Alberta fairly. Even under the current difficult curcumstance, we still pay billions to the federal transfer payment.
