$30 million for 70% of everything. Plus most of the 30 million is in work to be performed and not going to shareholders. We'll see if the PP happens but my guess is it didn't and this was the last offer and they had no choice. Now management gets to stick around and gather paychecks and bascially do nothing while shareholders now own 30% of the company instead of 100% plus it's going

fruit ..i agree that shareholders got the shaft here ...no value left except the chance they hit by the mill...sold out any of the potential assets ..BYE BYE Gladiator,,,
