2:1 Split

2:1 SplitHi everyone, Horizons recently announced some Splits and Consolidations here:
https://www.horizonsetfs.com/pdf/PressReleases/20150807_Consolidations.pdf

It includes a 2:1 Split for HVI.

I am confused by today's quotes where it's around $25.
Before the recent global risk-off move, it was bouncing around the $30's.
On Friday, because of the risk off environment, it came down to $28 and change.

Without a split I would not be shocked to see it at $25 today, but with a split I would expect like $12.50

Can anyone clear my confusion please? I was not in it at the time so I didn't see if the split occured or got cancelled or whatever.
