IMHO there really is things to look at:

For instance they had that NR in november that they leased land in cali to grow hemp....didnt say for how long. in the NR so i might have to re-read it...did they lease it for one harvest?

Remember the corporate update where the tenant wasnt going to be growing until spring 2020?  and that they basically are buying weed wholesale and reselling it?  are they paying rent? are they actually gonna grow?  is money from that contingent on growing?

What about those LOIs with thrive and grounded?  They didnt mention this in their corporate update..

I coud go on, I'm in at .01 and this play is risky AF, we all know they are cash poor, go look at the balance sheets....they are spining this off for a reason..none of those previous NRs was enought to pump it to .05 for a funding round...

Hence why they are gonna rebrand and spin off.

Dont get me wrong, I love the move and can handle the risks, but if they wanna be "transparent"  then tell the whole story.  Dont wipe old NR from the FB or only have an archive that goes back to all of march.../end rant
