RE:RE:PRMO INSIDER BUYING Sure doesn't look like confidence to me. 2.6 million shares sold by an insider is not showing confidence in anything. And yes it was showing as a 2.6 million buy before it was amended to a sell.  Looks like just another godamnn pump and dump by yet another penny stock. Put out news to pump up the shareprice and then dump all kinds of shares into the pump. Why are penny stock hukster peices of garbage companies still allowed to do these types of things with no consequence? Fuk the regulators and the government agencies that allow this to happen. And fuk the forward looking statement clause.
