How can you go from a restructured growth story with a 110 million payment and not last a year? How can you have a 15 million advance for bk but not for bond payment? And why can't we sell everything and keep the gas plant? Why wouldn't any of the banks want to keep this going if they know they are losing? Why wouldn't they want separate bids on different parts of the company? Why wouldnt. company have to publicly state they are up for sale if they are less then 6 months from going bk? We can see a list of the creditors why not a list of the shareholders? Do the insiders sell before bk? Why did this new cfo get hired if it was just to go bk 2 weeks later?
