EPS of ~$1 CDN/share - 3 times the share price.
The structure of this company is unusual and there is risk the agreement isn't honored, float is small, issues getting money out of China so chance of a dividend is unlikely.
Not sure what and when the end game for the CEO is. I imagine he isnt concerned with the share price currently based on his position of control.
Got into this one early and still hoping there is a payoff someday...
