As I see it bayfield only has a small piece of the proposed open pit area.

The only way BYV can force T.RR hand, is to prove out that they have a large amount of ozs.

In doing so you place Rainy River in a position to realize that they cannot move forward without

securing this piece of land. (100 acres??) is that correct?
