Ok comments on the special meeting to consolidate the shares again. Twice in 1 year seems a bit much. Why does the board think this would be good? Is what I want to know. 

 

Could be they are playing with the idea of listing on an american exchange to get more volume and action?

 

Initial Listing to qualify for listing on the NYSE is minimum value of $4.00 at the time of listing

For Nasdaq $5.00

A 10 for 1 consolidation would get AOC to say $2.50 so you would need a 20 for 1 to get the SP to between $4 and $5 Can. and there would be 181k outstanding shares left.  I hope this is not what they are planning

Looks like there is to much compition and not enough volume in general at the .30+ level. It seems the insiders have mooved their support to .20 level to discorage the .30 Private placement people from tryng to sell their shares while the insiders try to unload their .05 shares. Look for a raise in the new year at .20 then .10 and finally .05 then reverse split before the 2 years is up.Then just
