RE:VLNS has a long histry of restructuring

RE:VLNS has a long histry of restructuringPunjabi, you're barking up the wrong tree here. This company was created out of an RTO, and what was going on before the RTO is meaningless.

PUNJABI wrote: I have no background information on the history of this company except that this company has restructured about 9 times. There were reverse splits twice  10 to one and 3 to one.  Is there anyone who knows the history of this company and if it was the same CEO who was in charge when 10 to 1 and 3 to 1 reverse splits were done? Reverse splits usually destroy long-term share holders who have a high cost. Or this company took over a shell company. One should know the track record of the current management.

At this time the number of shares issued is small so there is no risk of reverse split and the share price is over $2.00 and the US listing would have a price above US $1.
