California is a rogue state that is drifting further and further away from reality.

They can ban whatever the want. When they don't have electricity to turn their AC on or plug their cars in, will they have electricity to cut their lawn? Doubtful.

Going to be pretty expensive to enforce this ban. What a world we live in. Where the government wants you to tattle on your neighbor vs. love thy neighbour.
