RE:RE:AUSTRALIS ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS OF AGM BEWARE AND BE WARNED ALL READING THIS! I attended the AGM in a very cols day in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on Friday Dec 17 after voting my shares online. It was a TOTAL JOKE. The "meeting" took place in the small lobby area of some obscure Medical PPE Sales company (masks, gowns etc). There were all of 12 people there including a running shoe, jeans, and t-shirt clad Terry Booth. The vibe was **very** tense and bogus feeling. I tired to ask several questions including why the previous Auditors quit...Booth was very evasive, defensive and condescending towards me when I asked several pointed questions...none of which he actually answered. It was unbelievablely phoney. The meeting smacked of a bogus company with a bogus Board, and bogus deals. The while thing is a big SCAM just like ACB was. The only reason Booth is not in jail after thr ACB scam is because he knows how to get around Securities Regulators by operating cross-border. His day will come and I personally can't wait.
