Booth and Dissidents

ACB back to 75 cents. Let's see Booth took $4B from investors to what is a sub $1B company today. Great work Booth and associated clowns, no way AUSA SHs will go down that road. Booth has broken many households with his lies, scams and inexperience.

hmmm lets see Scott took this company from $16 to 14 cents lols. Booth wins in every respect. Scott in gone anyway. People wud rather take CLEVE NOBODY TZUNG OVER TERRY BOOTH?!?! YOU GUYS ARE CRAZY!

Not a Big deal, ACB is already repeating the same from 16 $ to 65 cents now..it's the over promise and under delivery both the case...

Cleve much more accomplished than Terry.  The next ceo of Ausa needs to be a cannabis guru.  Someone that knows the product.  Knows consumer trends.  And someone that has the judgement and intuition to know which companies in the US are going to be leaders.  That person is not Terry that's for sure.  Maybe Harry.

My main concern at this point is the burn rate and whether there is enough in the coffers to act on opportunities, even if they have a potential winner(s) lined up. It's unlikely that AUSA still has much purchasing power with shares as things are now. So I expect they would need to raise new capital for a meaningful move, which the status quo team may have difficultly doing given the ...more

Man are you an idiot. Using that logic, ACB and Booth manipulated the AUSA open driving the stock to 16 so that means Dowty gets credit for taking Ausa from 20 cent PP to 16, impressive. Booth is incompetent, unaccomplished and the laughing stock of cannabis plain and simple.
Comment by Purplekush on Sep 12, 2020 3:12pm
Only idiots would think Scott did better for his SH than Booth. Booth's first 7 deals pumped the stock to 4-5m mcap. Scott? UH?? Let's see. Cocoon? Flopped. FOLIUM? FLOPPED. PASSPORT? FLOPPED.  Scott did 3 deals on his own and all 3 flopped. Not even a small pump. Scott is uselesss. And Cleve is not a cannabis guy. He's just an extension of Scott, basically a yes man ...more

Stock going to $16 was clear manipulation. It's shocking that regulators aren't all over it.  Or maybe they are.  Certainly should be. Buncha Porsche's driving around thinking they are brilliant but they really are just lottery winners.    quote=Purplekush] Only idiots would think Scott did better for his SH than Booth. All regulators need to do is look at who were the largest benefactors receiving ausa shares from the Acb spin out. All free trading stock.  Sell on ipo day hitting the lottery.   uote=Smokininvesta]Stock going to $16 was clear manipulation. I hope everybody knows that Dowty was hand picked by Booth....I don't blaming booth and Dowty are same....
Comment by Smokininvesta on Sep 12, 2020 8:18pm
Dowty way smarter than booth. Guy knows how to lead and empower a team. Built a real business in passport. Was why he was picked.  booth may get the SP moving which I am ok with so I can get out. But going into the shareholder meeting likely to be bunch of news and then concerned shareholders will start releasing their plan....could get some action. But risingup who seems very smart is likely ...more

As per the details from IR team, there are clients waiting for live presentation and it was delay due vivid 19 for cocoon ( and I hope it may be because of rapid cash delivery impacted..Iam not sure)..They are hoping additional clients or dispenceries....Hoping the revenue will be getting generated with much dilution as there is not much enough room left to borrow...

Dowty towers over Booth in every aspect of biz, will all be proven out over time. Booth the most incompetent CEO I have ever seen. Booth's little minion followers are the who's who of complete losers.
Comment by Purplekush on Sep 14, 2020 8:21pm
Dowty towers over Booth? LOLS!!!!!  Name 1 thing Dowty did for his shareholders? Who made money off of Ausa? Plenty made money off ACB. Thousands in fact including myself.  All I know is the stock was $16 when Scott is the CEO and now it's 0.14 cents. LOLS Too funny. Only scott himself wud say somethin as dumb as that.

Booth took $4b and turned it into $1B and then it just gets worst. Booth and any of the past and existing ACB exec team, a complete bust.
Comment by Walshybx on Sep 15, 2020 12:05pm
A bust indeed. A mess now being cleaned up by the pros. University case studies will be published on first few years of Acb. They will change the names in the case study. I suggest Bert and Ernie as protagonists (turned antagonists).  quote=greentundra]Booth took $4b and turned it into $1B and then it just gets worst.
