Are they about to redeem themselves?

There can be little argument that management totally, utterly blew it on Passport - and cut us all off at the knees when we were already deflated by the Folium thing. Don't get me started on that one.

However, it must also be said that they have been very transparent about the numbers on Cocoon - and if you take the time to look closely, it presents a very interesting business stream. The one unknown until now is whether the technology actually worked. I don't know about you guys, but I am heartily relieved to see them in action and appearing to perform well. Very well, by the looks of things. The trend to social distancing is also a positive influence for the business model (in, I might add, a sector that is widely regarded as essential).

The passport deal is really bad and they know it. Passport pulled out of the deal not Ausa. If the acquisition went through, Ausa will have no cash left and the stock will be diluted by 30%. Passport's 2019 rev was 7m 2020 rev is PROJECTED at 10m 2021 rev is PROJECTED at 12m Now let's be serious. Do you want to throw our last lifeline at a "projection"?  Their rev is 7m ...more

They have to new MSO to proceed or make in roads, as it is also recurring business model with one time cost, the competition will come up soon. The quicker they act , the management can gain lot....

passport is really bad and they are on the ones that pulled out, not ausa?  you are straight up talking jibberish
Comment by Purplekush on Sep 19, 2020 12:11am
Yes they are TRASH. Scott pulled out because of the overwhelming uproar from the shareholders. 2019 rev is $7m (5 came from Ausa) 2020 "projected" rev is $10m, but they know they are not going to hit that target with the covid shutdowns and lost capacity. NOW PLEASE TELL ME WHICH VALUATION METRICS ARE YOU USING WHEN YOU SAY $30M FOR PASSPORT WAS A STEAL?!?!?! HUH? What's their ...more

Purplekush clearly part of the Dissident group as he continues to lie. I sat on the CC and spoke to Brent at AUSA IR, Passport didn't include any revenue generated from Ausa in their 2019 numbers or any numbers. I almost hope Cocoon fails because if it takes off and we did have PPT, AUSA SHs will have missed out on a rocket ship. I heard CURA and or another large MSO is on deck for Cocoon ...more

What do you mean by this ?    I almost hope Cocoon fails because if it takes off and we did have PPT, AUSA SHs will have missed out on a rocket ship. I heard CURA and or another large MSO is on deck for Cocoon.

Just ignore them. Look at their history and you'll know they are nothing but pumpers. If you want verified information, just email Brent at IR. He responds within 2-3 business days. They are in talks with other MSOs but they've neen in talks since the beginning of the year.

We didn't make any great gains this week, but I have to say that I'm feeling a little less edgy about my position now with some forward movement on Cocoon. Agree 100% with everyone that it's not a lot to get excited about until they make some waves on distribution - but at least we closed the week out knowing that the technology is real and that it works. That's a fundamental piece ...more

If this proves out which early results suggest it will, there will not be a more profitable company in the space. These jokers like Purplekush don't have a clue what they are talking about. We will have to see how things pan out while this Dissident group digs a deeper hole every day.

I think you're right greentundra. After some analysis, I have come to really like the business modeling. The next piece that will put me squarely back in my comfort zone with AUSA is to see that they have the marketing chops to take hold of the space. I'm also looking forward to seeing the mobile and loyalty components, which will be important. If it's true that they've been in ...more

Thanks Smokin'. Hopefully one of these days - sooner rather than later - our little group of pioneers here will be able to compare notes on the incredible things we've been able to do with our profits from this. Still a heck of a risky play, but if it pays off I think it will pay off well.

Relax kiddo. "Ausa is in demand" lols. Too funny.
Comment by Walshybx on Sep 20, 2020 2:20pm
volume has been steady with couple days norht of 1mm shares traded....there is demand for sure.  ausa attractive opportunity for penny stock traders.
Comment by Purplekush on Sep 20, 2020 9:07pm
wtf are u talking about? Ausa is not in demand. how much is 1m shares at 14 cents? lols. Look at the dollar volume and you'll know ausa is not in demand. You 3 are just rubbing each other rods. "volume steady I feel a big move coming" "wow nice one day this might hit $10" "agreed. Ausa is so good it dropped 90% in 10 months, but I can feel it!!" "yeah ...more

look at Lv2 if you have it. Look at the sell orders, they are massive compared to the buy orders. We want facts here, not stupid pumpers. I'm sick of seeing pumpers ruining it for other investors. Anyone can say "Cocoon is gonna be a big hit, super undervalued atm. Kiosks will be an 80 billion dollar industry in the US. They'll probably uplist to the NYSE and hit $5 in 6 months ...more

Purplekush sounds dumber and more desperate with every post. Cocoon on the verge of signing several major MSOs and the current Board and Management will get it done. Ausa SHs are lining up to support Harry and Roger and their vision. Booth group have zero credibility, zero expertise and a legacy of SH destruction.
Comment by Purplekush on Sep 21, 2020 5:50pm
lol. Might as well say they are on the "verge" of signing with all Cdn LPs and US MSOs bootlicka. Just like they were on the "verge" with the Folium deal. Just like they were on the "verge" with the Passport deal.  The difference is both those deals are INKED and both flopped. Your speculation isn't even INKED bootlicka. Big difference lmao!!!! Dude you are a boot licker who said "Ausa is in demand." when it is trading near ATLs. And the revenue figures were provided by Scott Dowty himself.  It doesnt matter if they have 100% margins. 2019 rev is 2m from casino operations. 5m from Ausa for Cocoon. Get wrecked. Why do u keep talking about how good passport is? lols. Do you work for Passport? It's pure trash. If you ...more
