There is a possibilty that they get settled between January 1 and January 21st. By doing this the shareholders won't be aware of how much was lost in the suits until Q1 financials are released.
I am perfectly aware that IR reads these posts. As they have stated so but also because after Bev announced the Keef's debt payment in shares it took management a week before they could figure out how to spin the bad optics of this.
Oh, let's say they have "taken an equity position in Bevcanna".
That is merely dumbing down their shareholders.
Shameful again.
