RE:RE:RE:Why are all the people from C.OILS/SPR coming here to cry?The company has no money.
The only revenue they are generating are the 30-33c options that management have purchased and based on the ongoing Sedi reports for both Martino and Marcello they turn around and sell them in the markets for double the issued prices.
This truly shows absolutely zero support for future of the company when executives sell their shares as fast (and faster lately) then they are receiving them.
I am sure they're holding off on the actual reportings of sales in the current uptick until after the closing.
As soon as the license is (hopefully) announced a big private placement will be issued:
- 50 million shares go to Naturo shareholders @ $0.40
- I would suspect another 20 million shares for the PP plus warrants.
- additional 70-80+ million or so shares to the count.
That is a significant slap in the face to the long shareholders.
Calling it bashing.
Just stating the very real possibilities of what management is currently doing.
