$BEV Recently signed an agreement to acquire Embark Health. Special management call scheduled for Monday morning, big announcements incoming and I see big things ahead for $BEV. Well worth a long-term investment imo

I remember when this 2020 acquisition was huge too. 9M new shares printed out of thin air and diluting all shareholders for a business pursuit NOT CONSISTENT WITH THE COMPANY'S MAIN OBJECTIVES.
