So, no ask yourself whether it really matters. warrants are priced into the SP when placed into the diluted shareholder pool. While exercising warrants can create a short term surplus in the market, this is often short lived.
Next examine the trading volume of ACDC....With some regularity 10's of millions shares trade hands daily, so absorbing is not an issue with ACDC.
Further, they have either been exercised already, or they haven't. it really doesn't matter. Either way they were and are 'in the money'. If they haven't been exercised, it is because the holders see HUGE upside potential and are holding long and strong.
If they have been executed already, than its a mute point, because they are already free floating..
So why does it get discussed by a certain poster so frequently? because "that's all he's got".
