In one case a health clinic, the financial arrangement from China deal was practically closed when a relative in China was charged with a crime and suddenly all bets were off. In another a chain of restaurants was about to be financed when the Chineese partner sabbataged the whole deal.
So although I'm a shareholer of EV I have reservations. I advise caution.
