January 18th Oversubscribed Private Placement

January 18th Oversubscribed Private Placement
doesn't make any sense that people insiders would pay .20 a share and be OK with a .055 share value not asking for a repricing yet here we are 3 months later and no indication of it. Daymak had bought 1000 charging walls and increased their shares holding from 5 million by 2 fold. People keep attacking this company because they have not seen the products or any hint of them "assuming fraud/scam" because of this but don't think that a legitimate business will want any part of it??? Sounds odd to me. In any case things will need to come out and I do expect them to this year one way or the other we will get more and more answers as to where things stand here. I believe as I said there should be enough time through this year to see some quantities of product make itself through the distribution channel and I expect that if not the total numbers at least 10 percent so if there were 1000 charging walla that had been sold to Daymak I will be looking at 100 but if not then something. I have a tough time speaking to the company itself and will see if anyone at Daymak will be able to shed any light on this. If I get a reply and whatever I may be told in terms of its involvement with the company and if nothing else I am looking to see where things stand and possibly what they say about our supplier Rich after all the two companies joined up for Rich providing more beneficial batteries for Daymak I would like to see if they are getting anything from them and if not why? At the end of the day I want answers and until I get more of them I don't assume anything. Having said that I am keeping in mind the global pandemic the tight lock down in China plus all the supply chain shortages. When I said in the last post I made about all of this being "dug up" that is what I meant everyone who has been attacking the company have posted all that and are quick to call this a scam well you guys are saying things in which prove the opposite. If companies are hit by the pandemic have supply chain issues that they have to go through how is that their fault and a scam? In any case I do like to see what Daymak says and if I get anything useful I will share. I may receive answers in obscure ways for various reasons and expect to. My main interest is to see if Daymak is still working with this company and how the supply chain is being affected in terms of its business as well as mentioned if they are getting anything from Rich. I hold my shares here because of Daymaks involvement if it had not been then I would will need to rethink things although I have not much less and as I said either this sinks and I sell which will be a pittance paying off monthly bank fees or I hold for break even and beyond which is where my mindset is. Honestly at this point I don't have much more to lose so why not simply just dig my heels in. Additionally as part of one of my plans is when I am down to my last 500 to 1000 shares I would look to hold indefinitely and given one of my stocks is doing extremely well I can afford to. Nevertheless in the future I will manage all my shares a lot better and avoid making any promises or sharing my business on the board. Tactic sure my specifics as to what I hold as well as whether I bought or sold no more. I will also start to use tactics which worked like raising the floor. This went .055 high. So as long as it keeps a .05 roughly 20 percent I keep goes less I sell so I raise the floor in accordance to the increasing share price...goes to 10 cents floor of 8 etc. Right now this year I ignored my low end triggers as well as profit points in the year to come I can't do that and keep losing time so I will see where things are as to my expectations and reposition accordingly although as with this stock I don't have many shares left due to wiping them out to buy comics so I will need to see what I will do due to that meaning if stocks hit my minimum share values I will likely hold until they hit the ideal but if they are dead monies I will need to move more aggressively I can't have dead money long time frames and low payout too much wasted time and time is money. If I believe the payout will be a double or more on the profit side sure if it is a double of a low like this and I am 50 percent down...no but I will no longer be in this position I will think about selling at a 10 percent loss if not that then no more than 20 and reposition a bit but no more stupid lack of following down and up trigger points wasted unrealized gains and time. I blame myself no company. As to whether they are good or not time tells all things I don't have any business pumping or bashing them. I find it pretty awful people due on one hand make money then on the other slam companies after they did and justify they are helping people. Sure they can say we got duped what else will they say but to go so far and call things scam and fraud crosses the line folks too hard to prove intent beyond circumstantially speaking. You can say the company will most likely fail no revenue no product bad investment choice wouldn't recommend it etc. When you cross the line beyond this people have the right to defend themselves and say we will hit you with slander however as hard as it is to prove fraud the companies can't go after faceless anonymous posters who are doing non different than what they accuse companies of so ethically who is all the better...don't slander simply put stick to only the facts not intent because you need to see that in hard facts say like an internal documents haha these stupid people think what we are doing is legitimate but we are fleecing them...sound ridiculous sure I am being festious but you will need to find the smoking gun like that to prove fraud unless people do companies fail a lot doesn't prove scam or fraud. You tell me would any of you want to deliberately fail at something and keep doing so? All I can say is it is too bad that the track record of other companies of those management members did not succeed longer term if at all but this is all penny stocks for you.
