5 minutes of research on these guys and you feel like you need to wash your hands. I've followed the trail of dead stock left behind by who I call the company killer, Robert Abenante for quite a while now and this play is all too familiar.

The silver lining on this cloud of garbage is that whenever I see his name attached to ANYTHING, I instantly know that all the names of those working with him, their companies and any investment being offered is complete smoke and mirrors and I breathe a sigh of relief for spotting it early. But hey, that's just me, do your own 5 minutes of research. (don't forget your hand sanitizer)
