So Stock Swap . Price Protected ??

ACDC SP  This Morning 27 cents . This Nr was Released  BEFORE  Bell so was there a better exchange of shares in favour of ACDC for Daymak shares  as 7 cents diff between Nr and sp so no issue with Irroc as under the 25 % threshold ?. Anybody know what Daymack shares did today ?? , Did they move up ?. Did ACDC get fair value . Reading NR and seeing both CEOS Gushing over each other seems to me our Tech and there distribution network is a marriage made in heaven . Money people . Lets have that chat . Cheers . Long ACDC .

Your right Tar . I found nothing but other people has different access to info so why I put it out there . Its relevant to the stock swap to see if ACDC got fair value .  Also why that red banner still there . Would think its gone but the acceleration clause is at 75 for Ten Concesutive Days . That puts tons in the ACDC War chest and speaks Volumes about what SP  Manegment is Expecting .
