Is ALTMED (what we seem to be waiting on August 27th deadline) an old guard issue? 

Does the "old guard" argument justify a lengthy hold?

The old guard "liberties."  Can you explain what you mean by liberties? 

The New CEO is a leader in the space.  Do you mean in acquisitions or in the expertise around mental health issues?  Does one neccesarily inform the other? 

By the way your claims of "poorly valued" and "poorly executed" is that bashing or being negative?

Oh don't bother responding in detail.  Just make vague generalisation and I'll say rah rah and give you a thumbs up.
