positive or naive wishful thinking

You know, when I stop reading that saccharine sweet Pollyanna high school pep rally naive kind of tripe, I'll be less inclined to counter it with the constant refrain and reminder that there is no question about the value of psilocybin and the work that Mcintyre does.

However, SHRM is a business.  I have invested and I have the expectations that it will run as a professional venture.  It may lose money, hopefully it will make money. But make or break as a professionl venture.  Regardless of your precious snowflake response that has not been the case.  If it had been, SHRM would not be of a prolonged hold.

In June, when the halt happened, I posted the following comments about a week apart.

For the cash they are burning they should hire people who can keep up with the paper work.  otherwise you can't really trust them to fill the syringe can you?

If the board didn't get the lawyers involved then I blame the board.  If the lawyers screwed up then I blame the board for not firing the lawyers if they couldn't repair the damage.  And yes I care. They have money,  and I want some of that money.

You think that's bashing?

Agree with you.  This is a result of incompetent management, that would never have occurred if they had the right knowledge to run this business as a publicly traded company.

But they changed management. Can't really blame the new guard for the old guards liberties. The new president is a securities lawyer, the new ceo is a leader in the space. They appear to have inherited the three acquisitions that I personally think were poorly valued and poorly executed.

Oh well then everything is fine.  Rah Rah.  Oh wait a minute ALTMED has not been settled.  Oh yeah that's where the new CEO fits in.  So it's all fine.  Rah Rah.  Problem solved and explained..  Oh wait someone there was somone on the "old" board was kept around for their brilliance or some such thing. Oh okay everything is fine.  Rah Rah

How many different players in the "old guard" compared to the "new Guard"?  Is ALTMED (what we seem to be waiting on August 27th deadline) an old guard issue?  Does the "old guard" argument justify a lengthy hold? The old guard "liberties."  Can you explain what you mean by liberties?  The New CEO is a leader in the space.  Do ...more

I would rather that you just said "thank you" and went on your way... Signed, Pumper / Basher (apparently I'm both somehow)

Cautious guy never had a father to show him life and answer his questions so until shrooms medication become legal, he pulls his arms around the legs of strangers who dare to give him attention so they dont go away.  Why is the sky blue asks cautious guy? Its because of the water in the air answer some passer by. You did nt answer my question!! Why is water blue then? What if your eyes ...more

Just some short time ago you vowed not to pay any attention to me,  yet seem to keep coming back for more of it. Either questions shake your certainty or -well there's a question I cannot answer... (see what I did there?)

To be honest with you, you do seem to be contrary and snippy about it to.  You seemed to ask for opion and then every opinion is either too asinine or or cheerleading lies.  Maybe don't bother with the boards, your not getting what you want obviously and it's either genuinely stressing you out or your just trolling.
