RE:working out...I appear to have been wrong and I apologize.  The good doctor has been CEO -by my new calculations- for over three months.  So I was wrong when I criticized him and the board for the companies sad state after the last two months.  I will now be critical of him and the rest of the seemingly hapless board for what has transpired -not transpired- over the past three months.  Again, I am very sorry.
