working out...

Your point is well taken and I am mindful of your observation..  The good doctor, one could assume, is working at what he does as a physcian.  What Mathew Fish -President- and the rest of the Champignon Board is doing is however a complete mystery.   Yet, let us be also candid and note that the good doctor does have the title of CEO and the Oxford Dictionary defines that as, a chief executive officer, the highest-ranking person in a company or other institution, ultimately responsible for making managerial decisions.

Yep but niether were with the company when the acquisitions were inked. They got to feel like stepped in a big pile as much as anyone else.

The date of the acquisitions was well before they joined.

What part of this wasn't clear?

you should be pissed at former board member and ceo and don't realize it. If you started a new job and your predecessor screwed up, is it your fault?

If you start a new job, it is 100% your responsibility! Delegating, solving, maintaining, improving, and especially COMMUNICATING wtf needs to get done, all falls on whoever is "in charge" at the present time! Responsibility! These so-called "new leaders" may or may not be better than their predecessors, but 1 things for sure- They SUCK at communication!
