Agreed Rallard...but at the same time, I wonder if it will actually make it to $20, given that Glencore will be chompin" at the bit as of the end of this week.  I think the timing of the take-over of Cliffs is more important than waiting for the absolute lowest share price...but then again they might be waiting for further developments in the ROF in order to further de-risk the whole play.  I think Cliffs' SP will suffer greatly after the next reporting period...results are due in about 20 to 25 days...cheers
