RE:RE:RE:RE:BewareYes agreed Investorat.  Even a minority can raise a dissenting position and if the hostile TO company knows that we intend on doing this. it will affect their opening bids as well as subsequent ones.  It's the only defence against predation by vulture companies. 
Let's remember 2010 and Spider Resources ... I followed Frank in his dissenting position vice the Cliffs Nat Res hostile TO and came out pretty well.  In this case, I feel that KWG has even more valuable assets and that's certainly worth forcing a valuation over.  I also don't see Glencore sitting idle on the sidelines while some other company comes and steals the chrome goose right out from under their nose.
