RE:RE:A question for Lou 64

RE:RE:A question for Lou 64Your math is correct, but how do these 6 buyers of 4.17 % each ( staying under the 5% threshold) a get these shares into Wyloo's hands so they add up to 37%+ 25% = 62% . This would be well over the 50.1 % for control, but how do they get them into Wyloo's hands ?? Lou, when you say "release them to Wyloo " what EXACTLY do you mean by release. What am i not understanding? If i said Lou , thanks for purchasing that 1,000,000 kwg shares for me to go with 1,000,000 shares i already own , you can now release them to me and i will give you ( cash?) for them , how do they end up in my account so that i now have 2,000,000 shares. Especislly if i am in a black out ( not allowed to purchase) period. Maybe i am just not crooked enough to understand it. It would be obvious then to that BHP would be doing the same thing. And cross trading between 1 account to show fake volume oor to manipulate the price is not the same thing because in that case the actual ownership percentage does not increase. Its just an expensive way to trade and get nowhere if you are trying to accumulate, but could show plenty of false volume.
