Value of Ring of Fire Assets

If you do the math on what KWG land holdings are worth based on paying 34 million for the lands that KWG is proposing to acquire we should be trading at a dollar.

I think things are starting to get interesting in the ROF.  Does anyone have the acres acquired breakdown to do the math on what our holdings are worth?

I will keep looking to see if I can do the math.  Fan camps website is pretty tough to navigate.

Good Luck to all and do your own due dilegence.

Thinking that the value is in consolidating the property quickly via capitalization, rather than expenditure over time. The triparte JV did contain a pathway to 80% via expendidtures, which guided the valuation in this case as a percentage of what KWG would have had to spend to gain control anyway.  It's a quicker path to the intended result with cost-certainty.
