Interesting changes in voting circular

Interesting changes in voting circularVela, Whareham, Holder gone from voting sheet. Original circular asked to increase BofD to 7. New circular  now has 5 for the BofD. Holder is gone ( makes sense as he is running for MPP here in Canada and being involved with Certive might not be seen as a political plus) and Tom Malreel has been added.

Two directors left early this year... That makes a total of 5 directors gone in less than a year.

I don't understand why anyone would want join the BofD to be wallowing in the same corporate swamp as the group running this shat show. I guess there must be some value ($$$) for anyone to risk reputations jumping into this corporte swamp

Then maybe, anybody that jumps in the swamp figures they can change things for the better?

BTW, welcome aboard Tom. I hope you last longer at this job than the most recent members.
