Halting planned to stop investors selling the useless shares

By not allowing listing on the exchange, and playing the halting game in Canada, was all planned to force the share holders from selling and keep holding the useless shares. this is bully tactics and the govt / regulatory must step in. this cannot continue like this for eternity by not declaring the audited financial statements for this long and not having a CFO on board for months is an intentional and a proof of ill-intent. . this is illegal
