Still Halted, no financial statements. the con job continue

A CON JOB
Month after month goes by and still no financial statements......
By not allowing listing on the exchange, this is to force the share holders from selling and keep holding the useless shares. this is bully tactics and the govt / regulatory must step in. this cannot continue like this for eternity by not declaring the audited financial statements for this long. Is this legal folks?
