RE:New Management QuestionYes, they are still acting in those positions..Joel Shacker is also the CEO of Tilting Capital. (TLL) which was recently halted as well. Chad Clelland is also a Director of MOTA. Chad was the person that was the CEO of Rainy Daze and Joel Shacker was his Advisor regarding COOLs purchase of that..Everyone is still wondering what valule COOL got in that deal! Patrick Morris, Cools other Director was or is a Director of Reward Stream Solutionss where I believe Joel Shacker was and maybe still is CEO. Patrick Morris was also the CEO of Prime Energy about a year ago and Joel Shacker was involved with this Company and then they did a deal and the new Company became Mota Ventures. The list goes on..They are all very well known to each other and their is absolutely no indpendency between any of these guys in my opinion..
If I had a guess, I would have to think MOTA will eventually take over COOL is some way.. What that does for current shareholders, you guess is as good as mine!
