Joel Shaker and Ryan Hoggan are still listed as President and CEO respectively on the Mota Ventures Corp website. Q1) Are they still acting in these positions at Mota? If so, why? Q2) Are they dedicated full-time to COOL?

Yes, they are still acting in those positions..Joel Shacker is also the CEO of Tilting Capital. (TLL) which was recently halted as well.  Chad Clelland is also a Director of MOTA. Chad was the person that was the CEO of Rainy Daze and Joel Shacker was his Advisor regarding COOLs purchase of that..Everyone is still wondering what valule COOL got in that deal!   Patrick Morris, Cools

With the stated connections to MOTA maybe a licensing deal with them? Use strip technology for hemp CBD strips in US and THC in Canada and Europe and California. Expand the product line with night time and melatonin formulas which was suggested some time ago and we use their ecommerce platform for sales? Definite synergies? I'm not sure at all about the two clinics. Plausible?

Interesting re-cap--  Tho, I "THINK" they all own lots-lots of Cool stock and options and warrents.  Hope trading resummes some day in the future. That's coming from a long time stockholdse.

Is anyone bothered by the fact that Joel Shacker is CEO of several other companies, in addition to COOL? As bad as Brad was, at least he was full-time a CEO. I guess I'm concerned about how much time/effort this new management team will be spending on COOL.
