RE:RE:RE:RE:why consolidate?Apologies had not seen any news relase and saw it on Sedar. Very sneaky of these guys but not a surprise coming from Executive Zorbas. No reason for this consolidation, they just consolidate 2 years ago and shares OS are low. The stock is woefully illiquid already, 5 cent spreads on bid/ask making a purchase risky. That plus Zorbas make people run the other way. The fundamentals are solid and theiy're in the right place (USA) going forward. 

Another interesting tidbit, Zorbas now resides in Greece. Who exactly is running the company who's operation are in the US and who is he hiding from? loll Probably useless but I will be voting down Zorbas and Kloepper. I suggest everyone do the same.
