UpdateI spoke to Nathan Rudyk today regarding the sales process.
It appears the K2 association will bear fruit. Carl has some employees in the Quebec office working their client list and developing leads.
Regarding Flowworks, enquiries are coming in but it can take up to 24 months to close a major contract such as LA county. The new products announced last November offer more versatility and variation in revenue streams with shorter closing times.
JC has gone all in to develop a sales team that can take Carl to revenue levels that we have dreamt about. They have cash on hand for next 15 months assuming no new revenue plus the backup 2mil LOC. I do believe they are working a plan for success.
As far as finances, should they not generate any new revenue from hereon in, they have 15 months cash on hand plus a 2mil LOC. Most of the expense burn is employee salaries which should pay for themselves in due time. I dont expect a financial crisis or going back to the pp well
regarding the posting of Northman, I am not an insider. I dont go on other sites to promote Carl but in the case cited, there were negative comments about JC 's appt as CEO which I felt should be rebutted.
I do get tired of the infantile remarks posted here (and on other. sites). by idiots who cant be bothered with their own due diligence or understanding the real story. What their agenda is who cares but dont be swayed one way or the other.
