WHY is there property so small?  PURE ENERGY (PE) has only 33 million shares FD,  AND lot going for it   thier shares are only $2,  CRUZ  has 106 million ish out standing ,but i have a lot of trouble finding out just how many warrants or options that they have ,and i bet that there is a lot like most stocks.THIS tiny 2 or 3 thousand acre property is small, a lot of ARM WAVING here,   i would watch out here.imo.
