if your balance sheet needs cash, then yes it would be good to call the warrants. 


Exactly.  There is no added incentive for OH to accelerate based on share price.  They will be redeemed at $5.50 regardless of if the stock is at $8.00 or $11.00.  Just whether they need the cash or not.
