If I look up the private entity
Tim Hortons Advertising and Promotion Fund (Canada) Inc I can see
- The registered office address
- Who the directors are
- Some information about its shareholders
- If it has filed financials, and when to expect them next
- When the AGM is
- Corporate history
- Certificate of incorporation
If I do the
same for MetalStream I get
- Validation that I spelled the name right
- A registered address that they are clearly not at
- The trust company that holds the entity, who are not likely to give me any information
That's it! I cannot even see if the company was
registered yesterday or not.
I cannot begin to see who is accountable for this entity, I just have to take your word for it, someone of low reputation on a forum that gives a sermon on confirmation bias rather than say who they really are.
