Now David aka 24carat is tattling to Metalstream

What an absolute loser of a CEO this dork is. Hey David, you have been an absolute disaster of a CEO. For the love god, step down and let somebody competent run OUR company. No one has any confidence in you anymore. Maybe Metal Stream can hire you to run that into the ground too.

I had a feeling 24carat was Vincent.  When GYA announced the MS deal, he came to rescue on CEO.CA when people questioned the glaring issue of selling gold for 300 oz when it costs double that to get out of the ground.  David is Australian, and uses "whilst" a lot.  Not that this alone was the tip off, but trying to argue the affirmative point and dropping the odd " ...more

Now that Eli Weir is on these forums, perhaps you can ask him if David Vincent is twentyfourcarat? If he doesn't respond, or uses some weasely words, you will have your answer. If you have another read of this post by twentyfourcarat it shows that twentyfourcarat has a very close relationship with MetalStream, including inside info on how they are going to run their exchange operations.  ...more

Whatever you say David. Hopefully once the class action is launched we can subpoena the ip addresses. You should do the right thing. Cancel the metalsteam fiasco, step down as CEO, and go see if Metalsteam is hiring incompetant executives.

Facts: CSQ (and GYA) is/are horribly managed pubcos, management competency either totally lacking or THIS IS THE PLAN MS hasn't provided a dime in financings, despite having a favorable gold price, despite vague NR statements MS is hidden behind curtains of jurisdictional secrecy 24carat may or may not be DV, but certainly advocating his POV

You are the one providing misinformation in this context. If I look up the private entity Tim Hortons Advertising and Promotion Fund (Canada) Inc I can see The registered office address Who the directors are Some information about its shareholders If it has filed financials, and when to expect them next When the AGM is Corporate history Certificate of ...more

I am not going to speak for someone else but I believe the inherent problem here is that, yes, if your are conducting your business as a private enterprise there are certain privacy rights atrributed to you. The issue is once a private enterprise begins investing in the public market there are certain transparencies the shareholders of those public companies have the right to be knowledgeable ...more

Good post Shneps.......both Companies, GYA and GSQ put out the same NR which stated funds coming "shortly".        I think the problem that they are having is the definition of "shortly".     In ancient Roman times "shortly" could have meant up to 6 years......as "Lets go take over Egypt 'shortly"" ......but in ...more

In my opinion not one of the companies has issued notification on Sedar that the required 12.5% NSR has been put in to place on their respective properties. This would be a requirement in order to receive the first tranche being issued by Metalstream. I've been keeping an eye out but have not seen anything yet. David Vincent has also stated there is no new business (as of September 5th).

The reality is this is bottom feeder stuff, making both bottom feeder companies.  Facts: One company loses it's only project because it can't meet the financial obligations in its agreement, can't raise money during the best gold market in a decade without consolidating a reasonable share structure at somebody's (shareholders) expense, can't pay staff, loses office, etc., ...more

Hahaha.....GYA has no property to put an NSR on, let alone one of 12.5% .           Not sure about Canamex property status.

twentyfourcarat/(David Vincent), Were you in any way compensated or promised compensation by Metal Stream?

Oh boy......so this is going to be HUGE towards the end of the year and beyond.......the issue I guess for most investors is that on July 16th already 4 months late, they announced small issues would be cleared up "shortly'. How many years is "shortly'?      How HUGE will shortly be?
