I think the problem that they are having is the definition of "shortly". In ancient Roman times "shortly" could have meant up to 6 years......as "Lets go take over Egypt 'shortly"" ......but in this day and age of internet and Covid quaratine where persons are spending more time investing on-line......than "shortly" generally means less than 2 months and we have been waiting for "banking issues to be completed "shortly" for both Companies for over 2 months and no end in sight. So both Companies are bullsh*tting thier shareholders and likely both will be finished "shortly".
Somehow when they say "shortly" .....it reminds me of the 3 stooges in a skit....
I will be there shortly.
