AGREE SCHIFF

AGREE SCHIFFI have to agree with Schiff, the government wants to promote work and investment in this isolated areas, but also has to deal with some environmental concerns. Dont forget that all this area was taken by FARCS and drugdealers in the 80s, and now the main commitment of the government is to promote investment in poor and isolated areas. Mining will promote work and articulated working opportunities to local people. 

I wont see the final decision will take more than one or two months. I15-20 years is more than enough to deplete the mines in Angostura.
