RE:RE:Arbitration claims only on 30 % of angustura
I am. That is the very reason dillution is such a concern and why they are pushing so hard to issue the shares instead of the CVR, without full disclosure. If you think that there's nothing to this, and that arbitration is the only out, then you really wouldn't care about the vote, nor would the board for that matter. Think about it...if all we're doing is funding the arbitration and letting someone else take the reigns, what difference does it make to them whether we issue shares or not? The supposed onerous terms and conditions would be irrelevant. So would any lien on assets. There probably isn't even a CVR drafted. It was a smoke and mirror tactic they thought they could use to sell everyone on the issuance of the shares. Or perhaps there is one and the onerous terms and conditions interfere or at least complicate a potential acquisition. My guess is they're feverishly drafting it right now. Or at least making some serious amendments in anticipation of a no vote they previously weren't expecting. Particular in light of the fact that they haven't disclosed the document, and obviously have no immediate intention to based on their response to the question about it on their bush league conference but not so conference call. The participants will be paid out pretty much the same under either option through an arbitration award so they're definitely pushing for some other reason. This isn't just about jobs either, there's something else afoot. You also don't receive Golden Parachutes through arbitration awards. It's no longer a conspiracy "theory" when the the powers that be are conspiring to screw you! It's just a conspiracy. The recent vote on the FARC deal may complicate and/or delay things further, as I'm sure they were expecting it to pass, so we'll see where things go from here. What exactly is going to happen and when, only the folks on the inside know. But mark my words; an arbitration award won't be the end game here and things will likely come to a head sooner than most are likely thinking. Posting from my phone here so my apologies if it comes out in one long run on... BH
