As it turns out, I'm actually extremely well versed in Canadian securities legislation and regulation but thanks for the advice tips. My post had nothing to do with rules or regulations nor did yours. There is also no correlation between ACE's post about management contacting him about his relationship with the dissidents and my comments about there being no concrete evidence to suggest the two CS groups are working together and supportive of each other's initiatives. Your post was about as useful as a limp noodle. Maybe you should lay off the blunts and screw your head on straight. BH
